Who Provides TestPad
TestPad is provided by get2drive.ie. These terms apply to the TestPad app, this website, and related TestPad support content.
Using TestPad
TestPad is an independent mock-test aid for driving instructors. It is intended to help instructors record mock driving test information, manage pupil records locally, and review saved mock test history.
TestPad is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Road Safety Authority. Instructors remain responsible for their own professional judgement, training decisions, and any records they choose to keep.

The TestPad app, website, text, layout, icons, screenshots, graphics, branding, and related materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, or used to create a competing product or service without written permission from get2drive.ie.
Restrictions
You may not misuse TestPad, interfere with its normal operation, copy or modify the app or website assets, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, remove copyright notices, or use the TestPad name, logo, screenshots, or artwork in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership by you.
Local Data and Restore Purchase
TestPad stores pupil and mock test records locally on the device. Deleting the app, clearing app data, or losing the device can delete local pupil/test records.
Restore Purchase restores paid access on the same store account. It does not restore deleted local pupil records or mock test history.
Support
TestPad does not use analytics, remote logs, crash reporting, or server-side pupil records for support. If you contact support, you may need to provide your app version, device model, Android/iPadOS version, and a clear description of the issue.
App Store Terms
Purchases and downloads may also be subject to the terms and policies of Google Play, Apple App Store, or the relevant app store provider.
Changes
These terms may be updated as TestPad develops. The updated page will show a new last updated date.
