## Privacy And Data

TestPad is offline-first. Pupil names, mock test records, notes, PINs, and test history are stored locally on the instructor's device.

The current TestPad app does not send pupil names, mock test records, notes, PINs, or test history to get2drive.ie servers. The app does not currently use analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, location tracking, contacts, camera, microphone, or background tracking.

Deleting the app, clearing app data, or losing the device can delete local pupil and mock test records. Restore Purchase restores paid access on the same store account; it does not restore deleted local records.

## Important Positioning

TestPad is an independent mock test aid and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Road Safety Authority.

TestPad is tablet-focused, offline-first, and built for practical use during driving lessons. There are no plans to add user accounts, cloud pupil storage, or unnecessary tracking.

## Support Notes

TestPad does not send analytics or remote logs from the app. Instructors requesting support may need to provide their app version, device model, Android or iPadOS version, and a clear description of the issue.

## Accessibility

TestPad uses clear written labels, buttons, forms, icons, counts, and written summaries. It does not rely on colour alone for important information and does not include audio or video content. Larger system text, VoiceOver, TalkBack, and Voice Control support are under review and will only be described as fully supported once tested across the main app workflows.
